I had an amazing stay at Fortune Park Bbd in Lucknow. The rooms were spacious and lovely, and the location was right in the heart of the city. The staff was incredibly helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable.

I chose to stay at Fortune for its convenient location near Christ Church College. However, what pleasantly surprised me the most was the reliable service and professional staff. The hotel offers a continental or buffet breakfast, a bar/lounge to enjoy your favorite drink, a fitness center, and various facilities like a terrace, a restaurant, and a snack bar/deli.

Spa staff - complimentary service. If you don't want to do a good job, please don't offer it!

Location was decent, right in the middle of the city so we could easily move around. Breakfast was tasty with a variety of dishes to choose from. The rooms were cleaned on a daily basis which was convenient. , the bed was comfortable to sleep on.

There was no festive vibe during New Year's Eve. We expected some decorations or at least a countdown but there was nothing of that sort.

From the moment we arrived at Fortune, we were treated with exceptional service. Mr. Raman efficiently checked us in and made us feel welcome. The breakfast buffet had a delicious variety of options, and Ms. Neelu's spa services were top-notch. The staff, including Ms. Tejaswi, Mr. Asif, Ms. Vaishnavi, Ms. Ayesha, Mr. Noor, Ms. Shaista, Mr. Mohd Aarish, Mr. Ram Ratan, and Ms. Damini, were all wonderful and made our stay even more enjoyable. The facilities were excellent, and the location was central, making it easy to explore historic sites and the bustling market. a highly recommended place to stay.
